<Winston Frost's New Desert College of Law in Palm Springs, California Plagiarizes list From Nearby Law School>

The Christian Sentinel

April 2003 issue
June 2003 update:  Frost issued a statement to the Christian Sentinel in which he attempted to correct what he believes to be distortions surrounding his leaving the Trinity Law School.  He also removed the material on the right hand side of the table below  from his school's website.  It was plagiarized from the California Southern Law School website.

Winston Frost's New Desert College of Law in Palm Springs, California Plagiarizes list From Nearby Law School
Commentary and plagiarism chart compiled by William Alnor

COMPILER'S NOTE:  This chart was compiled directly by cutting and pasting from the two websites. The order of the questions in the FAQ from the Desert College of law site was slightly altered by Frost or people under his tutelage so that at first glance it does not look like the FAQ produced by the more established California Southern Law School. The alteration of the order of items was done simply and deliberately: the first two questions listed in the California Southern Law School's website were placed at the very end of Frost's Desert College of Law website. Following that, the order of the items is the same. In addition to this list, the section titled "In what areas of law may I practice" in Frost's site is almost totally identical to that of the California Southern Law School's site.
